What do I need to get started?
A computer or tablet with a web browser and an internet connection. During your demo we'll check that your receipt and tag printers work with iCleaners.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Your account keeps working. If you go over your limit regularly, we'll reach out to talk about the plan that fits your volume.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. On monthly billing you can move up or down at any time, and the change shows on your next invoice.
Which card processors can I use?
Stripe, Dejavoo or PAX (Valor) at the counter, and Authorize.Net or Stripe for cards on file. You keep your own account and your own rates.
Are there any hidden fees?
No setup fees and no per-ticket fees. Card processing is billed by your processor, and text messages are billed at cost.
Does iCleaners work on a tablet or phone?
Yes. iCleaners runs in the web browser, so it works on Windows and Mac computers and on tablets. Drivers use their phone's browser for the driver view. There is nothing to install.
Can I use iCleaners for wash and fold laundry?
Yes. Wash and fold is priced by weight with a minimum charge. You can weigh the order at drop off or later, and the ticket waits for its weight.
Who can see my store's data?
Only your staff. Each owner's data is kept in its own database and never shared with another store.
